“ Our food was excellent--pork schnitzel was the best of ordering it 4 times at 4 different restaurants. The pork was very tender and the bread/crust was crispy and tasty. The fresh vegetables were also excellent and the little bit of sauce on them was very flavorful. The small whole potatoes (like what you get for fondue) were served plain--no butter, sauce, or salt/pepper. That was a little weird but I just added butter/salt/pepper and they were fine. My friends enjoyed their goulash soup. The only downside was the waitresses seemed annoyed that we were there. We arrived around 3:30 pm after hiking so there wasn't many people there and they said we could order up until 4pm when they close until dinner but we were made to feel like they really didn't wanted us there. But we still enjoyed our meal. ”
“ Great restaurant with a gorgeous view. The food was splendid - salad was delicious, the pumpkin soup melted in your mouth and the steak was absolutely juicy. I ordered a side of potatoes along with the steak but didn't expect to see 6 whole potatoes which was a bit too much and as a result, I had no space left for desert. I was really sad I couldn't try the apple strudel...! All in all the food was spectacular and hopefully I'll be able to eat the apple strudel next time. Thank you for the delicious meal! ”
“ The hot rock steak cooking at the table was a great and novel idea. The steak was great and the servers were very friendly. ”
“ Like others, I don't understand the low rating. We had lunch today, and it was excellent. 3 of us had the green salad and the goulash soup, 1 had the green salad and the vegetable soup. All were excellent, with fresh greens, great salad dressing, and the soups were hot and freshly made. It was a cloudy day so the atmosphere wasn't much, but the service was excellent and we would go back. In fact, we will! ”
“ I don’t understand the negative reviews at this place… We thought it was great! I had the curry lentil dish and my husband had one of the hash brown dishes. Our wine and beer were both delicious, and the service was excellent. Very friendly staff! Review from an American (from Louisiana), for what that’s worth. ”
“ Breathtaking views alone make it worth the price and time. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Food is average at best but overall experience was great ”
“ Unimaginably good views and the pizza was just as good. The four cheese was incredible and they do not skimp on toppings. Great size pizza for someone who eats a lot (I ate a whole 1-1/2 myself). Great atmosphere and you can’t beat the views. Apple strudel was also great! ”
